WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:

Structural: Chamber body, zippers, seals, valves, windows, gauges, and hoses.
Electronic: Compressor, cooler.
Accessories: Automatic release valves, muffler, other accessories provided with the chamber

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Small Repairs or Part Replacements: If a small issue arises with components such as accessories or parts that can be easily replaced or repaired by the customer, Lizard Space OÜ will send the necessary materials or replacement parts, and instructions for the customer to handle the change themselves.
Major Issues: In the case of a larger issue, such as with the chamber, compressor, or cooler, Lizard Space OÜ will send a new unit to replace the defective one.
• Shipping Costs: Lizard Space OÜ will cover all shipping costs for both sending replacement parts and full units.
Customs and Duties: There are no customs duties or taxes within the European Union. Customers outside the EU will be responsible for any applicable customs or import duties upon delivery.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

Damage from Misuse: Improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or accidents that result in damage.
Normal Wear and Tear: Parts that naturally degrade over time, such as seals, gaskets, or other consumables.
External Damages: Damage caused by:
o Sharp Items: Tears or punctures in the HBOT chamber body caused by contact with sharp objects.
o Humidity and Mold: Issues arising from improper storage or maintenance in damp environments.
o Animals: Damage caused by pets or pests, such as scratches or chewing.
o Environmental Factors: Fire, flooding, or extreme temperatures.
Non-Manufacturing Issues: Problems resulting from customer modifications, improper use, or factors unrelated to manufacturing defects.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you believe your issue is covered under warranty, follow these steps to make a claim:

1. Contact Lizard Space OÜ: Reach out to our customer service via email or phone, providing details about the issue you're experiencing. It is advisable to include photos or videos that clearly show the problem. Be sure to also provide your purchase receipt, product serial number, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Assessment of the Claim: Lizard Space OÜ will assess the issue based on the information provided. If further details or clarification are needed, we will contact you.
3. Authorization: Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with repairs, part replacements, or product replacement.
4. Resolution: Lizard Space OÜ will either send replacement parts, offer a repair, or provide a new product depending on the nature of the issue.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CHAMBER

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your chamber, please follow these brief care tips:

1. Handle with Care: Always handle the product gently. Do not use force when operating the zippers to avoid damage. When opening or closing the zipper, keep the whole zipper straight by one hand while operating the zipper with the other hand. Take care to avoid any unnecessary stress on any components, especially delicate parts like zippers, valves, and seals.
2. Proper Storage: Store the product in a dry, cool place when not in use. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. When storing, remove all accessories from the chamber, including gauges, valves, and hose connections. Ensure that both zippers are fully closed to protect the integrity of the seal and zippers. Do not fold the product in a way that causes the windows to bend or crease. Keep the windows straight and unbent to prevent damage.
3. Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep the product away from sharp objects that could cause punctures or tears.
4. Check for Wear: Regularly inspect the product for any signs of wear, such as frayed zippers, loose parts, or damaged seals. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage.
5. Regular Cleaning: Clean the product regularly using a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, materials or chemicals that may scratch or damage the surface.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AIR COMPRESSOR AND COOLER

To ensure the optimal performance and longevity of your air compressor and cooler, please follow these care tips:

1. Proper Placement: Ensure the compressor and cooler are placed on a level surface in a dry, cool location. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or humidity, as this can affect their performance.
2. Check for Blockages: Keep the air compressor and cooler free from dust, dirt, and debris. Regularly inspect the air intake and exhaust areas to ensure there are no blockages. A blocked intake or exhaust can cause overheating and damage to internal components.
3. Electrical Connections: Before performing any maintenance or cleaning, always disconnect the power supply. Check electrical connections periodically for any signs of wear or loose connections.
4. Air Filter Maintenance: Periodically check and clean air vents and intake filters to ensure proper airflow. For compressors with air filters, replace the filters once a year. A clogged or dirty filter can reduce efficiency and cause the unit to overheat.
5. Avoid Moisture Exposure: Since air compressors and coolers are sensitive to moisture, ensure that the equipment is not exposed to excessive humidity or water. Moisture can damage the internal components and affect the unit’s operation.
